PVB President Mark Reilly is pleased to announce the appointment of Parrish Offer as Technical Director for all teams with the PVB Volleyball Club.
Offer, who is a Level 3 technical coach, has an extensive career both playing and coaching including as a 4 year captain at McMaster University, Professional in Denmark and a member of the Jamaican National Team. He has coached both boy’s and girls club volleyball, a 4-time provincial team coach and spent 5 years coaching at McMaster University.
"Although Offer has a wealth of experience, what sets him apart is his ability to communicate with coaches and players. He came out to a few practices last year and the players gravitated to his coaching style. We are truly excited to have him be a part of the club,” commented Reilly.
Offer will be highly involved in helping the coaches train athletes more effectively while working with new technologies.
He also has experience in strategic planning which should be exciting for the club as it continues to grow.
